WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?
Whatsapp or email is generally best. However I am open to other platforms.
CAN WE SEND YOU AN EXAMPLE PLAYLIST?
Absolutely, how involved in the music organisation is entirely up to you. Some couples like to provide example Spotify lists, others just like to mention a few songs or genres that they like and others don’t want to think about it at all, which is totally fine!
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO PREPARE THE SONGS FROM A LIST?
It’s best if you can send a week or more in advance. I typically download everything and go through the event schedule a week before so it is fresh in my mind. You are welcome to send songs before that though.
DO YOU REQUIRE THE ACTUAL SONG FILES, OR JUST THE NAMES OF THE SONGS?
Just the song names.
WHAT ABOUT NON-ENGLISH LANGUAGE SONGS?
Many of the weddings I do are very culturally diverse and I love playing songs from other cultures. To ensure I have all your favourite songs, I may need some support on your end.
IS A SOUND SYSTEM INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE? IF NOT, CAN YOU PROVIDE IT?
A sound system is not included in my basic package. Myself or your wedding venue/wedding organizer will be happy to arrange it for you.
DO YOU TAKE REQUESTS?
I am definitely happy to take requests. Most requests are great however after a few too many drinks some requests can get a bit bizarre and kill the party so I may ask for your blessing or I can use my own discretion if I’m not sure if it’s a good idea.
HOW VERSATILE ARE YOU WITH GENRES OF MUSIC?
Extremely versatile. I play whatever it takes to get people having an amazing time. I have thousands of songs on my laptop and literally millions via various streaming services.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Confirmation in writing is perfectly fine, and I will go ahead and put it in my schedule
