To ensure there is clarity in regards to my DJ service, please see the below common sense terms and conditions:
- My rates cover the use of professional DJ equipment, however, they don’t include sound system or lighting. If you need these, I can help arrange them through suitable vendors or your wedding planner.
- As I am always available to help at any time, any standby time or breaks during the DJ performance, such as for other performances or speeches will be included in the total DJ time.
- If your venue is more than an hour’s drive from Seminyak, additional charges may be incurred.
- To secure your booking I just need informal verbal or written confirmation. I ask for a 50% down payment within seven days of this confirmation. If no payment is received within that time frame, your booking may be canceled.
- The remainder of the payment is due the day before if paying via transfer, or at the beginning of your event if paying in cash.
- The duration and time of your booking can be changed after confirmation providing I am available during these times. Please note there is a minimum 3 hours rate for bookings.
- While I do my best to ensure everything runs smoothly, sometimes the electricity supply in Indonesia can be unreliable. Unfortunately, I can’t offer compensation for interruptions caused by this.
- If your event is outdoors, when rain occurs, I need to protect the equipment from rain. In some cases, we may need to move the equipment, but I cannot refund any time lost from transitioning from one space to another.
- If your event starts before 6 pm, I will need some shade for the equipment to prevent it from overheating.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by your guests to my equipment.
Changes and Cancellations:
- If anything changes with your flight or event plans, please let me know as soon as possible.
- If you cancel your booking or reschedule your event to a date that I am not available for, you will forfeit the initial 50% down payment.
- If myself or my DJ equipment is in danger or potential danger, I reserve the right to stop performing or leave.
Important Remarks:
- I bring a DJ controller and laptop. However I do not bring a table. The hotel or venue will have to assist with a secure table or structure to place my equipment on.
- Most venues have rules about how late we can play and the volume of the music. I will follow those rules closely to avoid any issues.
